I have a client who is a home service niche. They complain of the amount of leads coming in but don't understand the volume of searches in their area. Long story short. I can track the calls they receive. But is there an efficient way (without me having to spend too much time meeting with them) that we can track the appointments they are making over the phone so I can show them ROAS? OR is it simply they must write this info in a spreadsheet and just compare to the ad account?

Why not use a CRM like Zoho? They can put notes which you can view. You can also connect zoho to the google ads account.

They still need to manually book the appt was made in the CRM correct? Are there options to be able to set the amount the appointment is worth? I actually fired this company last week but now they are asking to work together again. I just need something as automated as possible

@darter8989 they would still have to enter the information in CRM but you can create pretty much whatever values you want for them to input. I guess you would have to trust they enter the information correctly but if you can’t trust them to do that probably not worth your time.

It's not that I don't trust them it's that I don't trust them to not be lazy lol. So ya maybe just have to keep them fired

@darter8989 you can make fields mandatory so they have to fill them out

But nothing to stop them from just making the appointment on their Google calendar and skipping the CRM ya?

If you want it super simple, they just have to input the amount into a word doc. What ever happens they will need to tell you some how. You could also ask them to use a proposal software. And when the client accepts it automatically updates a google sheet etc

Call tracking number with call listening. You can grade the calls as an opp.

Good suggestion but I am trying to save time I don't want to listen to the conversations. I guess I could hire a VA. Do you have a program to suggest?

@darter8989 most of the programs have a call grading option so you dint have to. I’ve used CallSource, CallCap and CallRail
