Add a filter for placement text contains “kid” and select all. It helps a whole lot but won’t get rid of it all.

Remove content suitable for family in campaign setting and remove app categories e. g. Games for example.

Not really. You can get your hands on a list of channels, but it's outdated and also the Youtube channels are so dynamic that there are constantly new ones appearing. One way would be the check each day/week placements and exclude manually. Other way, which I prefer, is to switch the strategy vice versa - manual positioning only in channels of your choice.
