I'm new to this.  If I wanted to advertise on a specific YouTube video (my ad is not a video) is there any way to get it so I pay per view i.I'm new to this. Display Campaign with Responsive Display Ads - AdGroup - Placements and then choose Youtube Videos and Youtube Channels. Because its not video you cant choose Cost per view. but you can choose Cost per thousand impression's instead of cpc.

@brott4 thanks for your help. What kind of range would the cost be for a YouTube video ad (CPC and cost per thousand imperssions)? Also, why a display campaign instead of shopping?
