Hi guys.  I am wondering if there is a better way to rank on google with a strategy I have seen before.Hi guys. I am wondering if there is a better way to rank on google with a strategy I have seen before. Let's say you sell supplements but the brand is called XYZ and your domain is XYZ. com , i have seen brands have an additional domain like " supplementsXYZ" or the main keyword they target without even their brand name on their! From that domain, they redirect or even host a sort of landing page to convert . What do you think, is this feasible, and good as a global strategy to rank my brand's website? It's a niche product in the alcohol accessory category. Thanks!

If you are running Ads, redirects are generally frowned upon in this establishment. I'm not an expert in your space, but my advice would be stick with a URL, build the SEO and use Ads to run meaningful traffic to the appropriate web pages, or build landing pages specific to the traffic.

It's actually against policies to redirect to a different domain, not sure how strict they are enforcing it however.
