I drive them to specific areas of the community. (Your MLS should pipe those into your site) I can take a look if you want.

Probably a list. Unless the search was very specific and you had a perfect match.

You need to understand the searcher's intention before you can decide what action you want them to take, and therefore what landing page content/offer you send the traffic to.
