125 conversions yesterday, and 13 actually ended up paying. I can't change our homepage (lots of problems there), nor could I even create an offer that would bring more sales.

@orchestra62487 that sounds decent, about 10% conversion

@pane37576 my boss agrees, but I disagree. We are losing people who are expressing high intent, and we are rent anything startup so we really need to close at least at 20% rn.

The advertiser must have a very compelling offer. If they take calls they need to have a strong closer.

Where are they falling out of the funnel. Post a link to your landing page and the hive Mind here can have a look and make some suggestions for you

Depends on 3 things: 1, The offer 2, The client sales team 3, The product or service

So the steps after getting your lead are broken. Plus sales often happen after 7-9 touches. How is the total experience?

Depends a lot on the product/service. I generate about 15 mortgage leads daily but not many convert, that's just how things are in this sector

Sounds like your client cannot close

If the traffic intent is good, I would be looking at what your customer is doing with the leads. We audited an HVAC client once because he said the leads weren't good. We found that more than 40% of the leads were never followed up on and the rest would get one phone call. We provide leads, not sales.

Great piece of advice Jason, and something i'll being speaking to my clients about because regardless of the leads i also want my clients to be generating revenue from them. Do you have any more tips i could give them on increasing their chances of closing clients once they've been given the leads?

@fivestar It helps if you have call tracking with recording in place. You can listen to what they are doing with the leads. However, keep in mind that fixing their sales process is a consulting piece and you want to define how much you are willing to help or how much you will charge to completely help them.

Your client has a closing problem. Lead quality could be an issue but that depends on what part of the funnel your visitors came from.

My favorite was when a potential client said they could close 100% leads that came in
