How far down the tunnel can you track. Is there at least some sort of goal you can track? If you can track some sort of goal, even if minor like an aff. link click, then maybe you can get your monthly reports and say for x amount of goals I get y amount of sales which makes me z amount of money. So value of x is z/x. and can then set a target CPA for that goal
