Run a campaign with a goal or without a goal ? If it’s without a goal will google know what to optimise for ? Only asking because a few people suggested to run without a goal

Without a goal first. let the machine learn and run it for at least 2 weeks. then optimize based on the data gathered.

Without goal. But you have to configure conversion tracking than optimise for more conversions
