So I'm running some big campaigns of €2500 a day, and when I start a campaign for a new GEO I always run maximizer conversions for 5 days and then remove bad performing ads/keywords, and than I switch to CPA goal, often €5. I often run on broad keywords without any limitations to get as much relevant keywords as possible with a high budget, but I would like to exclude bad performing keywords fast to. I know Google has a rule set I can apply, but the current rule when a keyword has spend €5 and has no conversions to exclude it, leaves a lot of keywords still spending money (that are below that €5 that will never convert) do you guys maybe have a rule in mind I can apply to faster exclude such keywords? For example, last month I spend €13. 000 for keywords that were below €5 CPA goal, but didn't deliver me any conversions.
