To be honest, it really depends. Are you open for any clients, or there are specific niches that you would like to work with? Who is your ideal client? does he has to be mature or someone who just started his business? With content strategy you can educate your client and most of the time he will come to you ready to close. On google he is already reseaching, there is a need, but he might not be ready. I advice you work with a multichannel strategy. Doing PPC and also content marketing. Feeding your agency social media with content and making sure that more than a successful agency you are an authory on the niches you chose to work with.
