You mentioned not wanting to show the address/phone of the wrong location. I assume you are referencing location extensions. If so, you can do this a couple of different ways. 1) Geo-qualified or no geo-qualified keywords Separate campaigns for each location (as others have said). Filter for the correct location at the campaign level. Target only that area you want it be seen in. 2) No geo-qualifed keywords Target the entire area for all physical locations. Place the location extension at the Account level. Google will show the extension for the location the person is closest to. 3) Keywords with and without geo-qualifiers Place location extensions at the account level. Filter at the group level for each of those geo-qualified groups. As far as competitors showing different locations in their headlines. It's most likely Ad Customizers.
