There WAS a limit of the number of filters you can have in the old interface. IDK if there is still a limit. You can check by deleting one saved filter . and to see if Save button appears (the fastest way)

I had 4 then deleted one but sill no save button

@thorwald Yes, it's obviously not a limit issue. Try to clean the cookies. Very strange issue, indeed.
