Hi All I have set my campaigns up without a Google Ad conversion as I am using Tag Manager on the PPC landing pages and tracking the CTA button when it has been clicked by a user via the Ad. I only need to track calls and think this is the most accurate way. Without adding a Google Ad conversion would this affect my results in any way? Should this be standard procedure with every Ad? Is my quality score affected as there is no conversion added? Many thanks in advance

It will not reflect your call conversion results in your G ads. You should create call conversion in your G ads so that you will know the results of your tracking

@eternity Hi Nino, I can track all my calls by using Google Tag Manager though. I have setup an Event click on my landing pages which shows me in Google Analytics when a user actually clicks to call me. I am happy with this but I didn’t want my Google Ads to be affected by not using conversions or call tracking. I used call tracking reports before but wasn’t happy about my office number being changed to the Google forwarding number. Thank you for the clarification that my Ads can not be affected by not setting a conversion
