I have been managing accounts for 10 years. I used both WordStream and Opteo, at first they were great for diagnosing small errors like duplicate keywords or campaigns and groups without negative lists but stopped using them after a few months. I found that most automated suggestions are not always based on the client's goals.

@cosentino can I ask what type of feature or insights would be helpful for you to see in such software?

I've been using Optmyzr for nearly 6 years with over 30+ clients. I highly recommend it.
