Depends on what's the conversion and what's the value of conversion.

Depends. For labor law we are getting 8%~, for divorce around 30% (leads), but labor is bringing much more sales and much higher tickets :P.

Whatever conversion rate turns a healthy profit. You could have a 30% conversion rate but if you spend so much to get it you could still end up losing money. It's possible.

Are you counting conversion from impressions to lead or lead to closed deal? If it's lead to closed deal, that is amazing. If it's impressions to lead, you're looking at the equation wrong.
