I have a csv list with emails (10, 000+) of a highly targeted audience. How can I create a custom and a similar audience of these leads? Just uploading the list? What are the requirements. You may want to segment those emails before uploading. That's a lot of people and it will help you control your campaign targeting. You can create audiences but with so many emails you might want to start with segmenting them before uploading.

@cupbearer depends on your CRM and your campaign goals. Do you need to segment by geo, age, interests, lead score (how often they interact with you), etc. Then when you upload into Google they will have a commonality already.

@cupbearer by items or pdt categories sold, amount spent, recency n frequency of purchases etc is more meaningful if u hv so many emails.

You need a spend of at least 50k $ with that account so far, 3 months of account lifetime, and a good history when it comes to complying with policies
