What is people’s experience with Google Search Partners? As far as I have seen it’s boosted impressions but barely returns any clicks.

Swings and roundabouts. Depends on the niche really, some accounts are worth having them run in, other not. Test test test.

@gaekwar yeah I’m testing with a few different accounts in a variety of niches. Not seeing anything that is giving me any confidence in Search Partners

I've found them mostly to not convert, but not all. Usually traffic is so limited it takes a while to make an educated decision.

Low CTR but some campaigns do get cheap conversions for me

@oller6337 yeah I’ve noticed my CTR tends to tank with search partners

Lower CTRs and no conversions in all of our accounts. really bad. We always turn it off

@mitman17714 yeah I’m seeing a lot of that with my accounts. When turning it off I’m seeing CTR go up in response. But I didn’t know if other people are finding good traction from search partners

@chantel Poinar. What do you mean by those domains. Are those search partner sites. How do you add separately I assume it's Google who shows on sites which we have no control on. Can you elaborate please. Thanks so much :)

What verticle? Look at ROI or CPA don't worry about volume. If all is low turn off.

Leave on at the start and see how it performs. if it doesn't look good in terms of ROAS or CPA, turn it off and tell the client you worked some magic to dramatically improve CTR this month

They work well for me. Don't be concerned with low CTR. They naturally have lower CTR than Google and Google factor this in when working out expected CTR so there's no negative effect on quality score.
