Just go on Contact Us and say, please tell me which documents do I need to provide to prove my business legitimacy. Something around that. They want an ID, maybe a photo of the card. Do thos 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, and fill out all the info on the contact us form carefully. They’ll reach out to you via email once and from that it is straight forward

For me, they banned my account, because my payment didn't go through from credit card company. And my credit card company though payment towards Google was fraud lol

@cinematograph don’t give up, keep calling and calling and calling. It will take you a while to get someone who knows something. Our team got back an account that has been suspended for a long while.

We got suspended for shipping to a minor miracle and a cool down period but we got it resolved after fixing EVERY product on our feed.

Dude nothijg serious I had 8 accounts suspended multiple times, mostly because of payment methods
