What are the biggest things to look for to see if a campaign is working? I've set up conversion tracking but so far there have been zero. Also, how do you know if you ad is showing at all and where it is ranked on the page?

Is it search? Look at the search query report and make sure your searches match what your selling. Look at the keyword quality score and make sure you have average or above average across the board Look at the bid report and assess if your bids are competitive enough
