Hi does it make sense that I am getting customers calling from far away from my business? Someone told me that if the customer has their browser on private or incognito mode my ads will show up even if they are outside my radius.

Did you already exclude the locations you don’t serve in the Settings-Location-advanced Search .?

How did you set up your location targeting?

If they’re looking for something in your area why not? I’m in Jersey and I have worked with people from Russia, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Colombia, Italy and more.

Check your excluded location, check if the keywords are that broad. Have you added any negative keywords?

For local businesses like dentist choose only the 2nd option that "People in the Target Location" and in exclusion as well choose the 2nd Option.
