Is there a way to add specific Negative KW lists to specific Ad groups? It only allows me to assign the list to the whole campaign ‍♀️

Yes. Do OAC's = One adgroup campaigns. -)

@centrum Let me pls answer indirectly by asking another question: Why would you have more than one adgroup within a campaign? . and just to be clear: I was joking around here. You can set negative keywords on adgroup level.

No you can not add negative keyword lists at the ad group level. You can add negative keywords at the ad group level you just can’t add lists.
