Hello everyone, I just got a quick question here. There is a company that has shopping ads implemented. Once I click on their store and leave. I see their ads on youtube display, and on apps right away. Is this a form of retargeting, or is it smart shopping? They are also ranked number 1 on shopping. Thank you for your help!
