So I had 400 conversions on a campaign in 2019 and only 12 conversions in 2020 on the same campaign. If I switch to target CPA bidding strategy will Google's algorithm take into account the 400 conversions from 2019 or only the 12 recent conversions from 2020? I want to switch from ECPC to a fully automated strategy but I want to make sure there is enough data for google to work with. These are search ads for local services I offer.
