Does having disapproved ads and products affect google ads performance?

I understand that. But I was watching youtubers, and they said make sure to fix all errors on google ads. As it may hurt your campaings. And just a quick question for you, I have a great product and its doing great at the testing campaign. I want to move it to its own campaign. Should I turn off the winning product in the testing campaign to prevent overlap? Thank you for your reponse Chris!

They won't run if they're disapproved. So, no performance would been seen by most as a negative impact on ad performance.
