My ads stopped getting impressions for weeks no help from google

Yes I would. I don't know what to do I signed up for an AD account filled out my information with my own bank account that's all I did I didn't even place an AD yet he next day I got an E mail saying my account was suspended for suspicious password activity where do I go from here?
