If Google support didn't work and you scanned all your site. then go for your hosting check up. If it's on shared server.

First of all check your web site from this tool  after that re upload your site map to Google Search Console and wait 24 hours. After that rebuild your ads again

You can send an email to support team and ask them for infected files, as any of this scanner will not be able to find infected files.

@urana I’ve done that, might take a while before any respond

Are you using a live chat pluggin?
by (380 points)
@obligato I’m using Olark live chat, but it’s been there for a long time

@platitudinize . we had the same issue. the chat support highlight files of the chat support. chat support is down and email support very slow. I would advise creating a sub domain run the ads without the live chat pluggin and see if they get approved. It will take at least 2 weeks for Google to clear your website or unflag your website From their system.

@platitudinize Also ask your hosting to check if the site is clean. We had to move to wpengine

@obligato thank you, I will try both! Appreciate your time and help!

From my experience in such cases the website is altough the most probable hacked. In case your scanners didn`t detect malware, the most probable the issues are inside your DataBase.
