I was looking at someone I knows website (which I know is doing quite well at the moment) through the keyword planner and it shows no keywords adgroups etc. They seem to rank on a keyword in their URL or word relating to their general business. I only setup manual campaigns. Is this one of Googles easy to create ads (I have never setup this way) can you make your keywords private, or is it maybe just the case they haven't set them? Any ideas?
