Anyone else having issues launching a new account? I keep on trying to open a new business account and they keep on getting suspended for suspicious billing activity. I've tried multiple business cards and getting the same message. The industry is medical supplies, maybe this has something to do with it. Thanks!

I had the same issue. It has to do with an inconsistency regarding the name of the business (or contact) and business zip code (when you first setup the account) And then how that relates to the card on file, the name on the card, and the billing zip code for that card. If you setup the account for Ann Smith in 43085. And then I put a CC for someone else with a different billing zip it’s gonna get this error message

I had the same issues again and again. Dont know the exact reason for that. Can anyone explain a bit more on such issues ?
