This is just for google search, how will you only filter out google image search?

You are trying to find keywords to include in e. g. file name of image, alt text and so on? You plan the same way you would for anything else, only the tactic would be to optimise the areas that impact image search the most. Don’t believe there’s a way to remove regular search results from image search results before regular search results (such as page heading) are used to create image search results.
