Hello all, my Google Ads account is suspended. The reason given is "We've detected suspicious payments in your account. "  I literally created an account & my first ad & 24 hours later BOOM!  I looked at my payment details and realized I used the wrong Billing Address. So I submitted an appeal. Honest mistake right? WRONG. To my surprise. They DENIED my appeal. How can I get my account up and running again?

It has to do with the billing address of the card. You can appeal again. Or update the card info and then call customer service 1-866-246-6453

I appealed again. Got a bot response. Called customer service. They said to appeal online.

@jarmon crazy right? Thanks for the suggestions though.

@grace I had this happen before. Once the card billing is remedied it will be approved. Trust me Google wants your money

@jarmon same just happened to me. I am fighting with stupid bot responses, because hotlines are down durong covid times. Complete BS. I decided to set up everything new from scratch.

The bot even says: As such, we will not be reactivating your account. Please don't create new Google Ads accounts, as these will be suspended too. So, so, sooo stupid. I put a wrong name (the suggested one by google) in my CC details

@grace how’d this end up working out for you? I had the same thing just happen and I’m wondering what kind of timeline I’m looking at with everything going on.

@davin561 bru, change domain and start over. This is a piece of crap google kak. They put some idiot in charge of these autoresponses.

I actually think I might just use Bing. There's limitations, but with the older demographic it could be a good fit for the project anyhow.
