Actually I take that back. I use Google Ads it’s much better and faster they say.

Ads and editor. Then just excel. I've tried a few tools. None really add any value.

Google Ads Manager & Editor. Now Google Provide a lot functionalities and easy managing feature and rules etc. hence adding money to third party use google tools and save money.
