What's the best method to developing a placement list? I know tools like Alexa can show you the top sites by traffic. But they're not going to show which are accepting or monetizing ad revenue. Do you think it's just a matter of taking those sites, adding them to a list and see which sites will monetize? Or do you have another method/tool? I have my own list of the top 300 sites. These are Tier A and Tier B sites I'm aware of programmatic advertising but that's for larger budgets
