Hi everyone, I am sorry if this is not the correct topic to post. I am NOT tech-savvy and really need help please. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in Private practice. I am in need of a new laptop and need to ensure that it will be compatible with my software for my Telemedecine services. I use Simple Practice Software and the app Telehealth for all of my patient video sessions. I do not want to spend a fortune on a new lap top if I don't need to. I really know nothing about this stuff. I don't understand software compatibility or what exactly is needed. I have done research online, regarding Specs but really don't know whether a lot of this makes a difference, as I have received very mixed information. Firstly, what specific Specs do I need to look for? *I don't know what these mean. I saw online recommendations for: -Processing Speed - minimum 2 GHz? -RAM (I totally forget the suggestion) -SSD (I totally forget the suggestion) *Also, how do I set up a virtual background' for screen so that my patients do not see my home?
