Anyone know if there's a tool that does placement research for YouTube? I think it would be valuable to see certain metrics before choosing a video placement. Is there something available within Adwords? Basically a keyword planner for YouTube but that gives these metrics on videos. CPV, comp, etc.

@estreat right Im looking for actual KPI from placements. CPV, comp, etc. Basically same metrics you would get from keywordplanner, only providing data specific to YT though.
