Emergency: I have always been on the first page of google, first in rankings. Since I stopped my google ads campaign due to the shutdown and marked my business "temporarily closed" due to coronavirus, my ranking has slipped. Is this temporary or should I revise my SEO and start my google ad campaign again?

SEO and SEA don’t share data. Google says ‍♂️ so with SEO might be an other problem. First „reopen“ on Maps

Not true. I re-target organic traffic in Google Ads by importing Google Analytics data.

Heavy website clicks ( from paid clicks ) equals higher rankings I presumed.

@hairtail nope. They are actually downgraded because they are paid. But your analytics script records all kind of things including conversions. If they are down because you are not trading there is no reason for Google to send people your way. Remember: Googe wants to make people happy. You are not trading so you can't make people happy.

I was coming up first in searches and always in the local 3 pack for most important search inquiries. This changed over the past month. Right now I have temporarily closed and I stopped replying to reviews. This is the only 2 tings that have changed. Could this be the reason?

You marked your business temporarily closed. you cannot serve the majority of customers who find you online. therefore you cannot expect to remain in a top position

Google ads do increase keywords ranking as well as website rankinks. If SEO is not properly done, it's all normal.

@hairtail it happened the exact same to a client of mine whom was on an ads contract only. When he shut his studio down (and the ads along) he dropped 5-7 positions, with some dropping as down as 50. When I ran an SEO check, i realized the issue. Happened same with other 4 properties.
