Hello, While looking at my report for the last month I have noticed that I have a different number of conversion in Google Ads (145) and Google Analytics (140) As a newbie I'm a bit confused by this and I'm not sure which of these metrics I should report to a client. What's the deal? Thank you

I'm guessing it's down to attribution. Let's say someone clicks from a Google Ad and doesn't convert. They return via organic. Google Ads would cound this is a conversion, but Analytics would attribute that conversion to google/organic if you're using the default last-click attribution.
