Hi folks, need some advice please. I currently have a campaign with 8 or more ad groups in it. Occasionally the campaign runs out of budget. 1 ad group out those 8 has the "hot/priority" keywords. The other 7 ad groups contain keywords that are secondary (they are still great keywords). Would it be a good idea to duplicate this campaign and leave only 1 ad group turned on only with the best keywords in the new/backup campaign? By default this backup campaign would be disabled always; it would only get enabled when the main/original campaign runs out of budget. Is this even possible - does Adwords have such automation settings? Then at the end of the day, the backup campaign would automatically shut off (since budget gets reset midnight). The backup campaign would contain 1 ad group only with THE MOST important keywords. This way I can ensure that I am showing up 100% of the time (for the most important keywords). Or is this counterintuitive? Thoughts?
