Hi community, I need some advice. My case is the following: - I ran a normal SEA campaign for a client with a couple of keywords. - I came with the idea that a 'call only' copy/paste version of that campaign would be interesting since I saw that a lot of visitors clicking on the text ads on their mobile. - I took the top 10 keywords (based on clicks) from that normal campaign that combined generated about 15 clicks a day (90% of these were from mobile devices). - I made the exact same campaign with these 10 keywords and only changed the text ads to call only ads. All other settings were the same (budget, cpc, targeting etc. ). The call only campaign is running for a week now but so far it had 0 clicks and 3 views. I find this pretty strange seeing that the text ad versions triggered by these same keywords generated more views and a lot more clicks on mobile in the normal text campaign. I would also like to add that I excluded tablet and desktop from the call-only campaign since it seems logical. Does anyone know what is going wrong and/or where I can look for a solution? Thank you all!
