@mab10 Yep. Not a single other page builder with the functionality, support & overall structure that elementor has. Plus I can get 85+ scores on mobile Pagespeed insights on shared hosting. And pages around ~500kb, load speeds under 1. 5s And elementor has beautiful design functionality and loads of other cool shit

Is that load speed for a mainly text site? How is Elementor for graphic heavy shopping/art sites Justin?

@benzocaine My sites are designed as minimally as possible. I'm running Google Ads so I want everything to be as quick as possible. If someone thinks the page is broken, they might bounce. So I use very little images. And if I have to, they are heavily compressed + lazy loaded. Which answers your question - make sure you compress the shit out of your images and lazy load them. For image compression just use ShortPixel plugin on Wordpress - set it to Lossy. Also turn on the ShortPixel setting to generate . webp format. This is a "modern" format that is faster than jpeg/png and gets loaded on most modern browsers. Google favors it too from an SEO/PPC standpoint. For lazyload I use the lazyload option on SG Site Optimizer, but you can use any. You can use Autoptimize, A3, etc - there are a bunch of solutions You just want to make sure you can serve the experience you want in the shortest amount of time

Beware getting locked-in to builders with proprietary formats. It took me years to escape from Instapage. Started at just over $200 per year, finished at $2400 per year. There are much better/faster options.

I would have to say wordpress as it a robust content management system that can be used to create both landing pages as well as full blown business websites.

Having been in Wix for years and moving to WordPress I can confidently say that WordPress is worth getting in to.
