Question

With the lean shakes that come in a four pack how many ounces are we allowed to have out of each one or should I dump them all into a huge container and evenly distributed between five bottles?

Lean Shakes are 14 Oz. And 25 grams of protein. Divide by 4. Thats 3. 5. You can use a measuring cup. Take out that 3. 5 and you'll have the correct amount. You will need to do the math for other shakes if they are over in protein.

Depends on the shake. For the 100 calorie muscle milks, you are allowed the whole bottle.

3/4 of a restricted shake is unrestricted (usually- do the math).
