Hello all!  I asked to join this group because I have never done the IP diet before.Hello all! I asked to join this group because I have never done the IP diet before. I went to a weight loss center today and when they told me how much it would be on top of a $200 coaching fee, I almost fainted. I found the Phase 1 sheet online. I was told about Nashua Nutrition, is anyone using these and if so, which do you like best? Can any salt, water enhancer and multi vitamin be used or do I have to use specific ones? Does this really work the same as if you were doing the real Ideal Protein Diet? Please feel free to DM me your experiences, tips, recipes, ideas, suggestions ☺️

My favorite items are: Premier Protein drinks (3/4th)( I buy from Sam’s Club) Quest Chips (no nacho cheese allowed)(I buy from Amazon, GNC or vitamin shoppe) Chocolate chip pancakes from Nashua

I like Nashua. My favs are the sloppy joe, cheesesteak pasta, and cocoa cereal. I drink shakes made from Quest powder for breakfast usually bc it’s cheaper than buying shake packets from Nashua (I get my quest powder on amazon)

I buy all my product from Amazon, Nashua or the grocery store. Get all vitamins thru Amazon, got recommendations from this group. Only thing I still buy from IP is the tangerine drink enhancer, I'm hooked on it. Great thing about Nashua is they will tell you which foods are Restricted and Unrestricted. Take some time to study this site. Some things you can but 1 of or by the box. Nice to get small selection to see what YOU like. I start with Premier Chocolate Shake (8oz) save remaining 3oz to make up a bonus shake 3 days later. I love Built bars, they are fabulous. Anything Quest tasted like sawdust. Protes chips are great and Proti-thin has a fabulous brown bread my trainer sells, I buy thru Nashua. 3 slices = 15 grams of protein. Great with egg salad or salmon salad. Don't forget pickles, great snack. Drink plenty of H2O, 64oz at least, takes away hunger, great for overhall health. I lost 60lbs in 6 months, reversed diabetes, A1C now in normal range, reversed fatty liver and after 5 years no longer have sleep apnea! I start IPA again 3 weeks ago to loose another 40 or so and have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks. SW 193, CW 185, Goal maybe 140, will see how I look and feel. As we age a few extra lbs can be helpful. Kiss keep it simple, too many products can be overwhelming. And remember the veggies. Great program, best of luck. This group is invaluable!

I’m here for the same reason, the weight loss center was so expensive! I’ve been doing this for 2 months & am down almost 20 pounds. If you like eggs search for the post about using 1 whole egg & 3 egg whites as a substitute for a packet for breakfast.
