What’s everyone having for Easter dinner?

We are actually putting together a covered dish style with our neighbors this year. I’m making a angus beef roast and veggies, others are making another roast and veggies. It’s hard not being able to be with family. I’m in NJ and we’ve been hit hard!

@washedup2 we are doing up sides for each family and eating on our own properties. At our own tables. My table will be my household, my neighbors across the street will have their household and so on and so forth. We have aluminum pans for each table to have. My daughter is making her homemade mac and cheese for the tables. My other neighbor is making veggies for each table.

Are you all sharing dishes though? Like cooking food for each other & gathering food from others? Sorry- I’m loving this idea, but confused by the details.

Haha my hubby and I were just talking about this . since we all have to isolate and it’s just us - we were thinking grilled steaks, asparagus and mushrooms. Yum

I'm just doing a normal dinner. It's just me and my fiance in isolation and he has to work on Sunday.
