Is there a number of quest donuts I can have in a day? For instance I had 6 donuts for breakfast ( 1 batch) can I have another batch for a snack in the afternoon?

It is based on how many scoops (packets) used to make them. Divide how many you made into equal portions by the number of packets used to make them. You can use up to three servings of Quest per day since each serving is a packet.

@footrope 1 packet makes 6 donuts so if I consume 12 donuts (6 in the am and 6 in the pm) is that ok

@poisoning 1 packet is 1 packet. Whatever one packet makes is one of your packets for the day. So, yes, you can make them a second time but be sure you're accounting for any eggs or extras you're using.

My friend Tina taught me how to make ice cream with the quest powder it really does make a huge thing of soft ice cream and I use the Caramell and the chocolate for the top

@bendwise Do you have the recipe for that I would love to make that

I never thought it was possible to make this as long as you have a good blender just use your scoop of quest powder whatever flavor you -just a tad of water & larger ice cubes ( cup about) you really have to blend it for five minutes in between stop it periodically to tamper down the ice cream so it blends I am telling you you get a huge bowl of ice cream It took me three times to make it before the fourth time came out perfect. I really just need the one scoop one time I decided to make it with 2 scoops made a mound of ice cream- way too much Then I top it with the caramel or the chocolate but the key is to eat it quickly because it starts to melt Initially when I did it I wasn’t blending the cubes and I was having a little of ice chunks but you really have to be patient and blend at least in my blender for five minutes

How many scopes of quest protein powder is considered “a packet”?
by (2.4k points)
3/4 scoop generally

Thank you.

@shellbark In most Quest powders it is a full scoop . If the label shows 24 or 25 g protein then use slightly less than a full scoop. No need to go down to 3/4. Do you have the nutrition guidelines?
