So much difficulties find protein online. premier protein out of stock online at costco and Walmart, and like quest, iconic. they dont ship to Canada. On different site, the price is very high, like double. dont know what to do, any idea?

There is a great source of cost effective products and tons of variety. It is run by Dawn, a former IP coach who's very helpful. She has created a list of foods that fit as unrestricted and restricted. She carries Proti Diet and other brands. She has supplements too. She has the nutritional info posted for each item (yay! ) and even a GF section.

Maybe you check on ebay? I get my protein off of there. But its a protein that is unflavored and you just add a scoop of it to your drinks or food. ☺

Look on amazon. Put in ideal Protein. It will show you the product that is basically the same thing. It’s been great

@demanding6 It will show you protein products but unless you use our guidelines to select them, the nutrition of many if those items are far, far out of range for this diet.

Shoppers, London Drugs, Sobeys, Superstore all see ready to drinks (a little more expensive than Walmart). GNC leans work too (3/4 at a time) and Popeyes and Supplement King too if they have curb pick up where you are.
