I measured my ketone levels and they are . 6 (low) . Are we allowed to take exogenous ketones to boost it? IS there a ketone level that we should be at?

"INSTANT" KETONES Exogenuous ketones are a SCAM PRODUCT! Save your money! They are playing on the popularity of being "in ketosis" by giving you a product to add to the body that shows up on a stick when you pee. Seeing ketones on a stick is of no value. It is the nutritional process our body goes through to make the ketones that helps us burn fat putting us in "nutritional ketosis". Their deceptive, high-pressure sales tactics (most are MLM) are just another black mark against them. Many take before/after photos from weight loss sites like our site to pass off as customer photos!  https://www. t-nation. com/die. /avoid-this-ketogenic-rip-off

You don’t need to measure anything. Just eat the sheet
