Has any one found anything similar to the vanilla crispy squares? They were my go to food. I would keep them in my purse. When everyone else would be eating something special at work or at a party, I would pull out that bar and it became my substitute cake, cookie, doughnut, or cupcake. This really helped me to not feel unhappy that I wasn’t able to have the treat everyone else was eating.

I order them (and other IP items) from eBay from a company in Canada—I live in Washington, DC, so it ends up being cheaper through the currency conversion than if I were to buy from an IP clinic (roughly $21/box vs. $34 at my former IP clinic).

@cain3544 There is a guy who sells on eBay from Illinois, he’s legit too. I actually bought and met him in person. (With my husband present.  )

@beatty6 Cool. I'm actually in Arlington just outside DC. There are lots of different eBay Canadian sellers of IP stuff--you just have to comparison shop to get the best deal. Some of them allow you to buy 7, 10, or 12 boxes of IP stuff, then you just tell them what you want based on the inventory they provide you. It's great.

Those, the chocolate coconut bar, and the chocolate drink are the ones I couldn’t find substitutes for. I have an IP office that will ship them to me when I want them.

The GNC bars are restricted but a very close sub for the crispy square. And much less money. You can usually get them for buy one get one 50% off. So it’s like $1. 50/bar

Also, you can always get a couple boxes of them! If you enjoy, and they keep you on track!
