Not all IP and IPA foods are equal. And Proti Diet does not use IPA guidelines to label foods restricted or in. You must check the foods against the guidelines. So far we have not seen soy nuts that fit the IPA guidelines.

Thank you! 2 unrestricted and one restricted. Any suggestions? I’m terrified that I save $ but mess it up!

@annalisaannalise466 Have you read through the Announcement post a couple times and linked to the four key files you need to understand and be successful on IPA. that will help a lot.

No. They are not protocol on IPA due to fat content.

Thank you! So I would need 2 unrestricted and one restricted! Can you share what items you enjoy please.

I used Quest protein powder and Pure Protein bars. Be sure you have the guidelines to determine what fits as a packet and what doesn’t.

NASHUA NUTRITION (For US; shipping to Canada can be costly) My preferences, favorites and notes are in the file noted below. I buy from Nashua Nutrition (best for US orders) so I can have more variety than just shakes, bars and some chips available at local stores. Best brands for being compatible with IPA are: Proti Diet, Proti Thin, HealthSmart, Quest, Kay's Naturals and Weight Loss Systems. I order soups, puddings, pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, cakes, chips, fruit drinks, chili, pasta, jello, pretzels, etc as well as bars and shakes. I have a document in the files called IPA Compatible Products I Buy From Nashua. It has lots of detailed info and comments on my favorite products. It is helpful for some ideas to get you started. I included brands, products, comments and notes on everything I ordered including which are restricted as well as some tips on a few things you can buy locally too. Nashua now labels foods as IPA Unrestricted and IPA restricted. They use our CORRECT GUIDELINES. You can look items up this way in the Category section of the website menu. HOWEVER, formulas can change without warning, so ALWAYS REMEMBER to check any product you are considering buying against the nutritional guidelines in the files, Nutritional Guidelines for Choosing Alternative Products. No brand makes all products that fit IP so you will need to verify each one. (The ones on the list of products I buy from Nashua are all IP friendly! )  Note many of these items are also available on Amazon. Also be sure to get our file Sources for BUYING Alternative Products (US or Canada documents) for additional ideas.
