What time do you guys eat? I’m on week 3. First week I lost 5lbs, had a little slip up that weekend and have been on track since losing and gaining the same 2-3lbs Maybe I’m not eating at the right times? My schedule is so wonky, on nights I work I eat dinner around 4p because I work 5-9ish and don’t get a break till after 7. On other nights we have dinner at like 530-6ish. On nights I have Girl Scouts I have to pick up the kids at 340, and we meet from 5-630. So I either have my “big” meal really early or really late ♀️ I’m eating my veggies, I’m taking my vitamins, I’m drinking my water. I don’t know what’s going on but It’s discouraging to say the least.
