I made a fat head pizza tonight. Looked great and tasted great. However, my second time to make it and I cannot seem to get the crust crispy. Any suggestions? Thanks

I used my air fryer. Worked great. Also have to roll very thin.

I bKe it on the rack then put it bbn on a sheet to add topping. Brown cheese

I flip mine halfway through and then put my toppings on the cooked side. Put it back in the oven to finish cooking. And then broil to brown cheese and toppings.

Do you bake it first and then let it cool before you put your toppings on it then bake it . I also don’t put egg in mine. Just 2 cups mozzarella, 2 oz cream cheese and 3/4 cup almond flour .

I bake it first( 60%) then broil the top. Immediately add pizza toppings and bake again

Also put vegetables on the very top so that moisture from them can escape instead of being trapped by the cheese
