@jael2 Do you happen have a recipe you follow? I've bought pork belly in the past but have just been unsure what to do with it.

Go-to in a hurry: sardines with olive oil, spinach salad with avacado, bleu cheese and chia seeds. So, so healthy and blasted with nutrients

Hamburger Chowder. Made with ground beef, cauliflower, celery, onions, mushrooms and cream cheese. Topped with green onions and cheese. It is comfort food.

Chicken mushroom alfredo over zoodles. I love comfort foods and alfredo was a favorite is mine before keto. When I learned that my sauce recipe was keto friendly I started experimenting with pasta substitutes. Zoodles are a favorite for me, but the sauce with chicken and mushrooms is good on its own too!

BLT wraps. Bacon Mayo on romain lettuce leaf. Quick yummy everyone in my house will eat it with no complaints, and I dice up a tomato for anyone wants a few to toss on. I don't because I hate raw tomatoes. Sometimes I add a slice of extra sharp cheddar for my cheese cravings.
